Tanmay Mehta serves as the Project Manager for the Global Real Estate project at CIFAR Emerging Capital Markets (P) Ltd in Ahmedabad, India.

Prior joining to CIFAR in December 2007, Tanmay worked with the Knowledge Services vertical at WNS Global Services, on company analysis and sector study projects (including pre-projects) for international clients.

Having had his schooling from Kolkata, Tanmay went on to do his Bachelor's in Commerce from L.J. College, Ahmedabad, with Advanced Accounting and Auditing as his special subject.

During his MBA internship, Tanmay worked at the Shared Service Centre of Philips Electronics India Ltd. at Kolkata on a working capital optimization project.

Tanmay holds an MBA with Finance specialization from ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon as well as a Certified Investment Banker (CIB) designation from ICFAI University, Hyderabad.

Tanmay lives with his family in Ahmedabad, India.
