Mittal is the Senior Manager of Company Analysis where she helps CIFAR's empirical research teams to analyze companies financial and non financial data on the basis of different rankings and ratios.

Previously, Mittal served as the Project Manager of CIFAR Emerging Capital Markets (P) Ltd in Ahmedabad, India where she worked on Research Area from contents gathering to the data extraction of financial data of different international accounting and global company analysis projects. Also worked on Arabian companies including GCC and MENA like Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt and UAE local language work. She has helped on translating Vietnamese and Arabic reports financial data into English.

Mittal joined CIFAR after finishing  her Master of Commerce (Part-1) in 2004 and subsequently completed post graduation studies while working with CIFAR.

Mittal lives with her parents in Ahmedabad, India.
