Hitesh Chhinkaniwala has been working with CIFAR since May,- of 1999. Hitesh joined CIFAR as System Analyst and promoted to Manager - System and Web Development. Until October of 2000, Hitesh served as a full-time colleague for CIFAR. He then continued with CIFAR as a Senior Research Consultant while joined as a faculty member of the Engineering College at nearby Mehsana, Gujarat, India.

During his tenure with CIFAR, Hitesh has worked on various projects – International Financial Reporting Index, US GAAP Restatement, Extensible Business Reporting Language, Web based customized Company Profile, Strategic Analysis of China-India Companies, etc ., Indian Multinationals, Arabic companies, Global Renewable Energy companies etc. . His field of interest is Data Mining on streaming data - trend analysis of stock market data.

Hitesh passed his schooling from St. Xavier’s and was selected for the National Scholarship for six continuous years. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Gujarat University in 1997, and his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in 2006 from IGNOU, located in New Delhi. Currently, Hitesh is pursing his Masters of Technology from the National Institute of Technology- in Karnataka where his research interest is Data Mining on streaming data with focus on stock market analysis.

Hitesh resides in Ahmedabad, India, with his family.
